Succession Planning

Start your succession plan today!

The team at Harvard 100 and our generous community volunteers are pleased to share a free succession planning course with you. This course will help you better understand the various components involved in succession planning. It is not intended to create a plan for your organization, but it will empower staff and board members to gain deeper insight into what will be required of them as you begin this process on your own or with the help of a consultant.

The succession planning course is offered for free through the Thinkific learning platform. You’ll be asked to sign up with your email address, but this information will never be shared or sold. We can’t wait to help you get started on the road to succession planning today!
